Vice President of Integration and Infotainment
Brett Riggs is Vice President of Integration and Infotainment at AAMP Global. Brett started with PAC in 1995 when OEM integration and vehicle interfacing were becoming an everyday occurrence for the mobile installer. In his current role, he leads the strategic direction for the integration and infotainment categories and is in charge of product development and engineering. Brett earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and has previously worked for Delco Electronics Corp. giving him a perspective of OEM integration from both sides of the fence. Under Brett’s leadership PAC has become a leader in the field of aftermarket integration products and continues to offer the aftermarket audio / video market daily solutions to their needs. PAC’s patented Steering Wheel Control Interface (SWI-X) was developed by Brett and the expanding line of steering wheel control interfaces continue to sell thousands of units monthly emphasizing the need for solutions for the aftermarket industry. In his spare time Brett enjoys woodworking, car restoration and home remodeling.
Vice President of Global Safety, Connectivity and Integration
Shaun Findley, Vice President of Global Safety, Connectivity, Audio and Integration at AAMP Global, is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Cutting his teeth on the shop floor and working his way up, provides him with a unique feel for customers’ requirements. Shaun’s extensive career is marked with the successful development of award winning products across the automotive sector, including blue chip, multinational and luxury brands as well as value ranges. Most notably in vehicle security, remote start and Bluetooth hands-free.
Shaun leverages cutting edge technologies to drive the sector forwards, with a keen interest in sustainable energy and the environment, and of course having fun with gadgets. Shaun is the living embodiment of the saying 'find a job you love, and you'll never work a day in your life'.
When he is not developing leading edge products, Shaun can be found wrestling hair into buns, and discussing ballet techniques with his two young daughters, and every once and a while he gets a free moment to work on his home entertainment system to see just how loud the subs can go.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Scott Forst is the Senior Vice President of Sales of AAMP Global. In this role Scott leads the efforts to develop strategic partnerships across all sales channels including mass retailers, 12-volt specialists, distributors, and OEM partners. He comes to AAMP from Generations Brands, a global supplier of Decorative Lighting and Ceiling fans, where he served as the Vice President of Sales for the Feiss Lighting and Monte Carlo Fan division. Prior to Generation Brands Scott served in management, sales and marketing roles at Hunter Fan Company working for both Hunter Fan Company and Casablanca Fan Company. He received his bachelors degree from Florida State University. He spends his free time with his wife Hillary and his son Hudson.
Chief Marketing Officer
Growth hacking before it was cool.
Marie Still is the Chief Marketing Officer, where she leads a team of marketing, events and customer training gladiators. A BA in English and an MBA in Marketing, speaker, blogger, social media addict and modest marketing extraordinaire. Her previous life was in CPG where she served as Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives at Catalina. But where she grew up and cut her teeth was in the interactive world, with the last gig being the Director of Marketing for the multi-billion dollar AOL. In her spare time she enjoys long walks to the Starbucks line, binge watching crime documentaries on Netflix and raising the four most awesome minions.
Senior Vice President of Global Operations
Since joining his first Car Audio and Electronics company in 1982, John has been passionate about in-car electronics. Joining Armour in 2005 as Operations Director his responsibilities included all aspects of Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing. In 2015, John took on the expanded role of Global Operations Director, where he oversees logistics, operations and purchasing globally. Prior to joining AAMP, John has held various leadership positions in sales and operations within the mobile electronics industry.
A father to four children, two who have flown the nest currently advancing their careers in IT and Journalism and two are still at home. Being a family of animal lovers he has a Dog, 4 hamsters, 2 guinea pigs and 6 gold fish. In his spare time John can be found spending time with his family on bike rides, horse riding, swimming, walking and playing board games, or enjoying his personal hobby, Flying RC Helicopters.
Chief Financial Officer
Dennis Hill is the Chief Financial Officer at AAMP Global, a position he has held for the past 12 years. As CFO, Dennis oversees both finance and legal for AAMP. Dennis's financial leadership has contributed to several large acquisitions including Rosen and Armour Automotive most recently.
Finance Director - AAMP Europe
Don Tolson, Finance Director of AAMP Europe, has spent over 20 years in senior finance roles, across a range of industries. Don joined Armour Automotive (now AAMP Europe) in 2004 as the Finance Director responsible for Finance, Administration, HR and IT in the UK and the Nordics. Don has significant experience and knowledge in management and financial reporting, information technology, accounting, finance, capital management and HR.
Prior to joining Armour, Don was the Finance Director for Palmers Ltd, a scaffolding and specialist coatings company, mainly operating in the petrochemical, oil and power sectors. Palmers is a subsidiary of the German industrial giant Thyssen Krupp, which owns more than 650 companies across the world. In this role, Don also had operational responsibility for a number of the business units.
Don started his career at Selwood Ltd, a manufacturing and plant hire company, owned at the time by the British multinational industrial conglomerate and FTSE100 company BTR. The culture at Selwood was of strong financial management and the accounting teams were core to this ethos, being involved across all aspect of the business. This gave Don an excellent grounding and training of business KPI’s at an early age.
Don is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, he studied at the University of Southampton, completing his professional exams in 1991.
Don is married to Clare and has 3 children and in his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, cycling, scuba diving and hiking and led a team of Armour colleagues on the 3 peaks challenge, which involves climbing the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales are climbed in a 24 hour period.
When time allows Don also likes to go for a fast blast on his Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle.
Finance Director - US Operations
With more than ten years managing the financial reports at AAMP, Steve has shown the energy, enthusiasm and complete dedication that has helped AAMP grow from a family-owned small company to the powerhouse company it has now become.
In his over twenty years of financial management experience, Steve has become known for being a conscientious and goals-oriented team player. He settles for nothing short of excellence in all that he does, and his staff recognizes that as a model. Steve is constantly looking for ways to enhance productivity and to generate a sense of initiative in those around him. He truly works to implement positive change on a daily basis.
Prior to AAMP, Steve managed financial operations at several companies including Metlife and American Express. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
When Steve is not at AAMP, he is often spending time with his wonderful family including his wife and two energetic daughters. They enjoy sailing, museums, and adventure vacations. One of his Steve’s life goals is to visit every single one of America's National Parks. With just the Everglades, Mount Rainier and Glacier Bay parks under his belt, Steve has a long way to go.
Director of Human Resources
Jennifer Zerjav is AAMP's Director of Human Resources, where she oversees culture, talent acquisition and development of policies and programs to support the AAMP team. Jennifer also plays a critical consultant role with employees and leadership in learning and development and engagement. PHR certified and a BA in Business with a minor in Psychology, Jennifer has a rich history in human resources management. Jennifer came to AAMP from ORAFOL Americas Inc, a leading global manufacturer of pressure-sensitive adhesive reflective products, graphic films, digital media, laminating films & industrial tapes, where she was the head of HR for the CT location. Previous to ORAFOL, Jennifer was the HR Manager at NAPA Auto Parts where her human resources responsibilities covered the NAPA distribution center in CT and all of NAPA company-owned retail stores in CT and Western MA. What five words describe Jennifer? HR, Disney, Starbucks, Wine & Minnesota Vikings, in her free time she can be found spending time with her main squeeze Domenic and their furbaby Riley, possibly traveling to vineyards, getting bendy with some yoga or playing racquetball.
Vice President, Sales
Herb Brown, Vice President of Sales at AAMP Global, has 25 years of experience in the vehicle entertainment industry; 23 of them with AAMP. In his current role, Herb oversees a fourteen member direct staff of hungry sales warriors, eight domestic rep firms employing over twenty individual field sales reps that cover the continental US, and the in-field AAMP sales team: Team Phantom.
He began his career with AAMP in 1992 with a dynamic goal of making sure every customer fully understood and experienced the value of high level service as well as industry leading products. Herb received top sales awards as a sales associate and was promoted to National Sales Manager before being named Vice President of Sales.
An experienced industry professional that pushes his team to permeate the AAMP brand across all sales channels with a strong foundational belief in relationship selling. He and his wife's free time is mostly spent at high School Baseball, Football, or Golf matches watching their two sons compete. He is also an umpire instructor for high school and Little League baseball.
Sales Director – UK Aftermarket
With over 31 years in the Car Audio & Communications Industry & nearly 15 of them with the company, Mike touches many parts of the aftermarket sales arena; adding his own brand of enthusiasm and passion to the mix. As an experienced account director throughout Europe, Mike brings a keen attention to detail, deep product knowledge, industry insight and inter personnel skills to the sales operation. His creative and innovative nature adds further to the way he contributes to product marketing, customer support, strategy planning and proposition creation.
The fact that Mike has been nominated as the unofficial works party organizer goes a long way to underling his fun spirited, adventurous outlook on life. With a wide social circle in his adopted home town of 16th century Farnham, Mike is keen on all sports especially football (real football: soccer) and is a film nut of most genres, particularly Action and Sci-Fi.
On a weekly basis Mike participates in personal training, bootcamp and circuit sessions which keeps him fit enough to participate in his big passion of Mountain trekking and counts Kilimanjaro and Machu Picchu amongst his recent conquests.
Mike has a big bucket list, and is actively ticking it off from travelling, to sight-seeing to adventure and more.

David A. Klatt, Jr.
President and CEO
David A. Klatt Jr. is the President and CEO of AAMP Global. He comes to AAMP from Newell Rubbermaid, where he served as the Global President of The Writing Segment. The largest of Newell Rubbermaid businesses, with sales of more than $1.8 billion, the Writing Segment consists of category leading brands like Sharpie®, Paper Mate®, uni-ball®, Expo® and Dymo®. Prior to joining Newell Rubbermaid in 2001, David held a variety of management roles across multiple businesses, including Rubbermaid, Goody, and Dymo. David served in management, sales and marketing roles at Black & Decker and DeWalt. He received his bachelor's degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse and his international MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He has served on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement since 2004. He spends his free time with his wife Sophie, son Trey, and two Maltese pups Aioli and Bailey.
